  • Promote specific training in the area of ​​educational management based on reflection on daily practice, with a view to building knowledge from the experience of educational institutions;

  • Valuing experiences where professional performance is responsible and critical in the areas of education management, planning, coordination and evaluation, promoting the development of attitudes committed to social quality and the democratic and participative management of the actors involved in the educational process.

TARGET AUDIENCE

Professionals with higher education in any area of ​​knowledge, who act or wish to act as directors, coordinators, managers, consultants, advisors or assistants in the management of educational institutions, comprising the various levels and modalities of education.

WORKLOAD

The course will have a face-to-face load of 460 face-to-face, where 70% involves scientific foundations and 30% comprises practical activities both individually and in small groups. The systematic monitoring of the course conclusion work will be carried out by the Advisor, who will provide 20 hours - paid classes for such activity and the others related to the disciplines will be planned by the professor of the discipline and communicated to the Course Coordinator, according to the distribution below:

FREQUENCY

The Course will be held in modules with a biweekly meeting on weekends, being Friday from 6pm to 10pm, Saturday from 8am to 12pm and from 1pm to 6pm, totaling 15 hours per week.
